We accept several insurance plans including, VSP (Vision Service Plan), BCBS Vision (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Medicare, EyeMed and others. For your convenience, we will submit claims to all insurances, even if we are not a participating provider.
Community
Dr. Horn is extremely involved in her community by contributing to optometric programs that help the visual welfare of the public. She volunteers numerous hours per year to educate students in their classroom about the eye's anatomy through lectures and dissections and about optometry as a career. Dr. Horn also travels to colleges of optometry across the nation to lecture to students of optometry.
